Processing Time
We process orders within 1-2 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking reference when your D-TACH leaves the hub.

Returns
14-Day Guarantee
If the D-TACH puck doesn't fit your workflow, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Return
- Locate your Order Reference (e.g., DTACH-A1B2C3).
- Email support@dtach.store to request a return label.
- Ship the package back to our Rugby hub.
- Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt.
